Practical sessions in Pharmacology

A. General

Students will be able to

  • recognize equipments used in the estimation of serum drug concentraion and anticholine esterase enzyme.
  • interpret the estimated values of drugs and the enzyme.
  • describe WHO Guide to Good Prescribing including steps of rational prescribing and P-drug.

B. The practical sessions in organ-system should comprise

Students will be able to

  • describe objectives of treatment of common problems from each system.
  • develop P- drug for common problems from each system.
  • write a prescription for common problems from each system.
  • provide informations / instructions to the surrogate patient used for each problem.
